Infant Massage 3 week Series ~ November

This is a 3 week series which will take place on Thursdays, at Babies in Bloom, Carlsbad Location In this series you will discover ~What is infant massage? ~Understand the benefits of infant massage ~When to not massage your baby ~Understand the use of oils for infant massage ~Baby's cues and asking baby's permission ~How to incorporate baby massage into your routine at home ~Suggestions for massaging and connecting with your growing child ~Learn how to practically massage your baby~ Each week we will cover the strokes of different parts of the body Week 1: Legs & Feet Week 2: Stomach, chest and recap legs & feet Week 3: Arms, face & back and overview of all stokes *This series is open to moms with babies from newborn to pre-crawling *Includes handouts each week as well as a bottle of massage oil to keep & use at home *Includes a certificate of completion *Only 6 spots available to facilitate an intentional space of connection within the group. Please dress comfortably, as we will be seated on the floor during the practical portion of the class. Yoga mats will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own. Feel free to wear a pair of socks and bring a pillow to sit on. Please also bring blankets for your baby to lie on so that baby is comfortable too;)
