Service Description
Experience the joyful connection to self and baby through dance, music and babywearing! ~Come as you are each week to enJOY a fun, soulful, low-impact babywearing dance class. ~You will learn movement and dance combinations ~Gain guidance in your babywearing journey ~Feel the support and community from the group *In addition to your weekly classes, your tuition includes up to 2 makeup classes (if availability allows in next session), a handout on babywearing checkpoints for comfortable and safe wearing, a spotify playlist of music used for dances, a keepsake video on some of the dances we have learned in the session! *This series is open to babies 6 weeks to 24 months NO dance experience necessary, come as you are;) Please wear closed toe sneakers or dance barefoot Please bring: ~your own carrier/wrap. (I will have a couple on hand to use if necessary) ~your water bottle *We will be dancing with baby in the wrap/carrier facing heart to heart, if your baby is over 6 months and sitting unsupported and or you need to tandem wear, back carrying is welcomed.
